Tecnon was in charge of repairing the gearbox speed reducer of a pulley that moves the chairlifts of one of the most important ski centers in Bariloche, Río Negro.
This gearbox speed reducer, from Hansen Transmition, counts with three stages of parallel shafts and one stage of right-angle shafts and thermally alloyed steel gears. The box has a great dissipation capacity and is used to transmit the movement to the wheel that guides the cable of the chairlift.
In this way, Tecnon carried out the change of bearings and seals, and the verification of the speed reducer by measuring its vibrations, ensuring that all processes go through an exhaustive quality control.
