Tecnon received an important visit from Nord

Throughout this week we received Carles Morales Guitart, representative of Nord, at our plant and offices, who provided exclusive training to our sales team to learn about the internal system that the German company is using for the management and consultation of speed reducers.
This was done due to the agreement that since 2016 made Tecnon the only official representative, distributor and technical service in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
This visit is important to our continued pursuit of excellence in customer service and the quality of our products. Our salespeople gained a deeper understanding of the “MyNord” system, which facilitates the selection and calculation of the speed reductors that the company sells. They also learned about the new products manufactured by Nord in recent months and how they can be used for our customers more effectively.
Sergio Dubinsky, president of Tecnon, recognized that "this training strengthens our relationship with Nord and gives us a broader and more updated perspective on their products and how to apply them in the Argentine market", in turn thanking Carles "for his commitment to the training and their predisposition with our work team”.
